I love humanity. I travel the world, eat and explore everything. Climb mountains, sail and dive oceans across the globe. And I believe that the Digital Era is the most important inflection point in human history. We’re alive to not just see it unfold, but participate in shaping how it affects humanity’s future!

Spend five minutes with me and I’ll want to know: “What do you do for fun?” Because “what we DO” (for work) isn’t “who we ARE”. With that mindset I build digital forward organizations that thrive by putting people first— starting with digitally-driven automation and process improvement, combined with a methodology and framework that, combined with mentorship, empowers Founders & Executives to build capacity that allows them to prioritize their own health and life passions.

As leaders we are responsible for the majority of the human experience for those who put their trust in us— it’s not just about happy customers or happy employees. It’s about the impact we have on the lives of every single human who works for us along with the humans that OUR humans impact through the services we provide and the widgets we build. Eventually… we’re all just leading humans who are doing something for another human somewhere in the human>thing>human chain.

Digital Transformation initiatives fail. Developed by smart, well-meaning technologists and executives— who forget that if the technology doesn’t fundamentally make the lives better of the humans who it touches better, then nothing else matters.

Background

As a previous Founder CEO of a top-tier Managed Service Provider and CIO of a leading private equity backed Platform MSP, I bring a wealth of experience as an Entrepreneur, Digital Strategist and CxO. I coach and speak on Business Strategy, Product Development, Digital Transformation, Co-Managed IT and Modern Managed Service & Security Provider strategies.

I’ve led AI initiatives, supported M&A across multiple sectors, serve as a Board Member and have held Executive roles in academic, local government, non-profit and economic development. A Microsoft Cloud expert who’s worked in Defense/Aerospace, Government/Law Enforcement, and Healthcare. Diverse experience working with eclectic stakeholders is the DNA that spawned the ThinkPurple methodology.

I designed complex web, cybersecurity, compliance and on-premise/hybrid/cloud architecture projects as a hands-on engineer. I am a true practitioner who can work side-by-side with engineers, CTO/CIO/CISO, DevOps, MSPs and other highly technical teams— earning trust to move forward and uncovering the unknown unknowns that so often hinder success. Helping senior leadership understand and bridge the chasm of communication and understanding with their technical teams— identifying the “North Star” in a Digital Strategy playbook that everyone gets behind.

I’m passionate about helping the Digital Executives & Leaders of tomorrow— fostering financial health (increase TEV, lower risk) while impacting Humanity at the same time.
